On Feb. 10, Abby Martin filed a lawsuit in federal court challenging a Georgia law requiring all independent contractors to sign a pro-Israel pledge, promising to not participate or advocate the Boycott, Divestment and Sanctions movement against Israeli crimes.
Abby is working with two renowned civil rights organizations, the Council on American-Islamic Relations (CAIR) and The Partnership for Civil Justice Fund (PCJF).

Forgive my bluntness but this Israel Pledge GARBAGE, irks me, beyond belief…..
It may be one TINY TINY step, in,, but, one state, of fifty but, at least it shows SOMEONE in government cares about this corrupt madness of “Pro Israel Pledge”.
It is utter nonsense (and isn’t it technically illegal, to be a citizen you must renounce all oaths to foreign powers, so how is it these people are not arrested?) for any citizen, to take a pledge to a foreign power unless they are relocating there (preferably, those that want to pledge their loyalty to Israel, should,, MOVE THERE,, PERMANENTLY renouncing their US Citizenship FOREVER. There are plenty of people, patriots in waiting to come here, which will happily replace them, good people, wanting to pledge their allegiance and loyalty to the USA. We should throw “the scum” to Israel, then it can be known as, ‘the country that takes America’s scum rejects’).
THIS IS THE F’ing USA and Not,, tiny,, (useless, criminal, and un democratic governed) modern day Israel… Which is not,, the unbroken continuation of the “Israel” of the Bible, no matter how much they want to lie about it.
Personally, I have no use for Judaism nor Christianity in their modern day incarnations (Especially Christianity, being corrupted beyond measure IMHO -and I was 3 times asked to enter the seminary and or, become a Christian Minister many years ago, -pre awakening. So glad I never took that road in life) but, I have nothing personal against either said religion, nor its patrons/customers/partisans, either. People can choose to worship however and whatever they like here in the USA, no matter how crazy it is to others… However I do have a problem with our appointed, elected, and employed governmental officials, and agents thereof, taking oaths to foreign governments, doing so, I humbly submit, is nothing short of TREASON in my opinion.
ANY COUNTRY CONTROLLING OURS, AND MANIPULATING OUR POLITICAL PROCESSES OR POLICIES, AT A FEDERAL, STATE, COUNTY, OR EVEN CITY LEVEL, NO MATTER WHICH COUNTRY IT IS; RUSSIA, CHINA, N.KOREA, ISRAEL, OR ANY OTHER STATE ENEMY (or ‘ally’,, though I do not believe this to be the case with the current government of Israel) YOU CAN NAME, IS,, OUR ENEMY BY THE VERY NATURE OF THAT ACT, AND MY FEELING, IT IS AN ACT OF SUBVERSION OF OUR NATION…TREASONOUS BEYOND MEASURE.
Those taking such oaths to ANY other country, should/must, in my opinion; be punished at the very least:
1. BY IMMEDIATE REMOVAL/TERMINATION FROM OFFICE AS A TRAITOR (elected and appointed government officials must be arrested and charged) OR GOVERNMENTAL EMPLOYMENT, EVEN IF SUCH IS THROUGH NGO OR SUB CONTRACTING, TERMINATED IMMEDIATELY FROM EMPLOYMENT..
2. Given the opportunity to renounce such oath AND IF,, EVER,, returned to their prior position,, be watched carefully for any indications, their loyalty, is to any, but the USA, and IF found to be acting otherwise, the following would apply:
3. Prosecuted for treason or, If terminated from employment, they are by law FOREVER barred from any further government service, holding any public office AND banned from any type of government related employment, for life.
