To do a meditation for First Contact with positive Ets, it would immensely help if the surface population is in the proper mindset. In order to be in the proper mindset, Covid-19 tyranny in all its forms needs to be removed from every country on Earth. In order for this to happen, the negative elites and their minions need to be removed from power. To assist with this process, I have created the following meditation:
1. Use your own technique to bring you to a relaxed state of consciousness.
2. State your intent to use this meditation as a tool to remove all negative elites on the planet surface from power.
3. Invoke the Violet Flame from its primary source to place a circle of protection around you during and after the meditation. Ask it to transmute anything that does not serve the Light.
4. Visualize the violet flame surrounding the surface population. Visualize the violet flame protecting humanity and acting as a catalyst for their awakening.
5. Visualize the surface population becoming aware of all the crimes of the negative elites and their minions. Visualize the surface population forcibly removing all tyrannical politicians, lying mainstream media journalists, corporate fascists, and all other negative elites from power by any means necessary, including physical termination. If you feel that the police and military would be sympathetic to this cause in your country, visualize the police and military cooperating with civilians to complete this operation.
6. Visualize valid Covid-19 treatments such as ivermectin and hydroxychloroquine being used properly in hospitals and by the public to bring global daily Covid-19 deaths to a standstill. Visualize the media being run by the public, exposing all the crimes of the negative elites.
7. Visualize Light transmuting all remaining darkness on Earth, healing all inequalities, erasing all poverty and bringing abundance to all humanity. Visualize a new grand cosmic cycle of the Age of Aquarius beginning, bringing pure Light, Love and Happiness to all beings on Earth.

Message to starlight432.blogspot.com – There are hundreds if not thousands of groups who already undertake this practice on a monthly basis on the Saturday closest to the new moon and also on their own. This is called CE-5 (J Allen Hynek's description for contact) but has been more recently labled Human Initiated Conact Experience (HICE) by Ray Hernandez from the FREE foundation, a program started by Edgar Mitchell after returning from space. When you are thinking peaceful, inviting and and loving thoughts and feelings, the EMF field around your heart will expand. This may be the signal that can be reached by those who are more sensitive and just waiting for the invitation. For those who think it's all hopium, look at the studies on random number generators conducted by Princeton and the Heart Math Institute during 9/11 and afterwards when the world united in prayer and meditation. Look at the effects on Global Consciousness when groups gather in meditation for a united purpose. What we do individualy affects others and sets up a ripple effect. What we do in groups or across the world will cause permanent change. Those who have protected the space programs and ET presence know this and have kept this information occulted for a reason, not wishing to lose their power and control. We are in the midst of another 100 year cycle where this information is again being brought to the public. "A new world awaits if we are strong enough to take it". It's time to free our minds and be the positive creative source that brings what we wish to fruition. Help and mentoring is coming but largely from spiritual sources interacting with our consciousness. Listen to the quiet voice in your mind, not the rhetoric on TV.
