We are all aware that there are forces within the banking establishment, military-industrial complex and also on the non-physical planes that do not wish humanity to be free. They have stolen our money. They have poisoned our food. They are trying to take away our freedom. They are trying to take away our happiness. We will not let them.

There are also benevolent forces originating beyond the surface of this planet, such as the Pleiadians, the Sirians, the Andromedans, the Agarthians and the Resistance Movement, willing to assist us in the planetary liberation process. They are willing to support the human population to bring justice back again and change the corrupt legal systems worldwide, create a fair and transparent new financial system, bring new and clean advanced technologies to humanity and reveal hidden information about the existence of extraterrestrial races and about the real history of mankind.

They are offering a co-creative partnership to humanity because they wish our planet to join a civilized galactic society. To make the next step in their public disclosure, they need a certain degree of agreement with their proposal for partnership from the surface population of this planet.   10. Full disclosure will not happen till after the Event. Aren’t these gforces of the light already helping, eg back in february the clearing of underground bases was happening wasnt it?.   11. I thought the Galactic Federation of Light and other off world forces of the light were already helping us. Back in February Cobra stated in an update that the break away cabals underground bases would start to be cleared with this being cleared by late March. Where are further updates on this.I am starting to lose faith in Cobra. Earlier this year it seemed as though things were right on track for victory to the light later this year. Things just go on and on.I am now preparing for economic collapse, can no longer rely on an “event” .I also feel that we should be allowed to state what we feel, contrary to Cobra saying ‘no more donkey comments”.     We can found thousands of youtube channels talking about “the event” “liberation” etc..and guess what!! more than the 98% are liars, false “awakened people” they only want money, i know is not new information, but this really make me upset

  38. I don’t mean to be a downer but several millennia of dealing with Archons and their endless “contracts” has made me wary of signing anything without knowing the full details.

    The first part is pretty clear (and acceptable) but the second part seems to imply rights AND responsibilities. What does “partnership” mean? I never read about “partnerships” in the Galactic Codex. I would like this explained better.

  40. la pétition date de 2013, je crois qu’ils ont déjà compris le message. Je suis étonnée que cobra fasse signer une pétition alors qu’il dit lui même, que ce genre de site permet seulement de récupérer vos données à des fins commerciales ou autre.
