This interview was conducted in Japan on May 6, 2025.
Nogi: Welcome Cobra. This time, Iruka, Terry and I, Nogi, will be interviewing Cobra for various topics. The purpose of this interview is to gain a better understanding of the surface population regarding the recently emerging term “Galactic white nobility” such as Anutara star family. We will also ask a wide variety of other questions.

Nogi: So let’s start. Here is the first question. What is the relationship between Anutara and Ranutara?
Cobra: The Anutara Family is a star family that is the main star family that is involved in the liberation of this planet. There are many members of the family they originated from basically the same source from the center of this galaxy. They gained experiences in many star systems, especially in the pleiadian star system. So, they had a very strong Pleiadian experience before they came to this planet. And, after they entered in this reincarnation cycle on this planet, they have formed various famous secret societies which purpose was to help with liberation and the healing of humanity. They have formed the Order of the Star in Atlantis. They were involved in the creation of the Templars. They were involved in freemasonry in the 18th century before it was infiltrated. And many other secret societies. The Ranutara family is a family of cosmic queens and kings. And, the purpose of Ranutara family is the evolution of this universe and completion of this cosmic cycle and beginning of the next cosmic cycle.
Nogi: Is there any interaction between them?
Cobra: There is some interaction with them, yes.

Nogi: Which stone would awaken the Anutara Star family more, Emerald or Moldavite?
Cobra: Moldavite is more effective for awakening the connection with the starry higher self, while emerald is more grounding and manifesting that energy.

Iruka: Could you tell us more about the Sheran and Vorandian families of the Galactic White Nobilities? Also, what are the coat of arms of these families?
Cobra: The Sheran family originates from the Sirius star system. They have had quite intense roles on this planet in creation of the Order of the Star and some later developments. And, the Vorandian family is connected to different star gates. For example, they are connected to the Aldebarans. The coat of arms of the Sheran family is the Eight-point Star, which is also the symbol of the Sirius star system. For the Vorandian star family, it is a very intricate flower design.

Iruka: Could you tell us any famous members of the Sheran and Volandian families who were reincarnated on Earth?
Cobra: The most famous member of the Sheran family who has reincarnated on the planet is Ashtar Sheran. Yes, it is obvious. [laugh] For the Vorandian family, there was emperors in the Mugal empire who are a part of that family. Shāh Jahān, for example.
Iruka: Are there any other persons who are from the Sheran family?
Cobra: There are many others, but they are not well-known.

Iruka: I have a question about the Sirians, who are said to be a majority of the Sheran family. How have Sirians been involved in the history of the Earth?
Cobra: The Sirians in the Sheran family have a main purpose to develop new healing techniques and whatever possible to heal traumas which have been experienced on this planet.

Iruka: I have questions about Sanat Kumara, the King Agartha, and also the being called Mother of the World depicted by Nicholas Roerich. Are they members of the Ranutara family?
Cobra: No.

Iruka: Brotherhood of the Star is a planetary outpost of the Blue Lodge of Sirius that is connected with Sirius via Jupiter and Jupiter Command. Could you tell us more about this Blue Lodge and Jupiter Command?
Cobra: The Blue lodge of Sirius is, I would say, the cosmic royal lineage of Sirians. They are guiding the evolution of the Sirius star system for many millennia.Their main connection to the solar system comes through Jupiter. It is because Jupiter is a portal which connects Sirius with this solar system. And, Jupiter Command is located basically on the 4 major Galilean moons around Jupiter. They have a huge fleet of starships. They have a purpose of healing the whole solar system, not just the planet earth.

Iruka: The coat of arm of Ranutara family is the twelve-pointed star, and you once introduced me to a special meditation called Twelve Meditation, in which twelve people form a twelve-pointed star. Is this meditation related to Ranutara?

Cobra: Yes, this meditation was brought to the earth in the Atlantean period by the Ranutara family. [Oh, wow!] The original one, yes. Today’s one is a little bit different from the original one, which comes from the Ranutara family.

Nogi: Here comes a question from people in India. Human evolution is happening towards oneness from duality, then how is the role of the starry brotherhood (Og min)?
Cobra: Og-mins are the watchers. They work as observers from the consciousness of Śūnyatā, or the Void. They are beyond space and time. They can connect with humanity who are able to get into the consciousness of No-Time. The bridge can be created at that level of consciousness, and people can be inspired by the Og-mins.

Nogi: If Humanity’s Evolutionary journey happening as explained in Tibetan Og Min, then how can we complete the three stages of awakening so that we can activate Annutara?
Cobra: Actually, there are four stages. They are related to the Initiations. The 4th initiation is the first activation, or the liberation from the duality, to achieve a light body. That is the goal. So we have four stages related to four stages.
Nogi: Now, it is very clear, thank you.

Nogi: Could you name some of the cultures, countries, or groups that were relatively strongly influenced by Anutara, from the period before the Archon invasion about 5,000 years ago?
Cobra: The main one, I would mention, is Predynastic Egyptian civilization. There was still a certain degree of influence by the late-Atlantean mystery schools.
Nogi: I see, thank you.

Iruka: Is the Yellow Dragons or Yellow Dragon Family a lineage of the Yellow Emperor? Are they still active today in which part of the planet?
Cobra: Yes, this is the lineage connected to the Yellow emperor, and this lineage is connected to the old Aldebaran lineages, Tuban lineages, and other star systems of Big Dipper constellation. This lineage still exist today, but they are not really active at the moment. They exist in Asia, mainly in China and Islamic world.
Iruka: I was wondering if colors such as yellow and green are related to the colors of stones that are the symbol colors of the dragons.
Cobra: It is connected to the colors of chakras.

Nogi: There is an occult historical theory that Susanoo, the younger brother or spouse of Amaterasu, is actually a male deity that originated from the Natufian culture in the Middle East and was later adopted in Shintoism. Please share your thoughts on this matter.
Cobra: I know there are many so-called “conspiracy theories” in Japan regarding the connection between Japan and Israel. What happened actually was cultural exchanges that happened between that region and Japan, which was ongoing since the fall of Atlantis. I would not say they are the same beings, but some of the myths and cultures are similar.

Nogi: In Afghanistan in Central Asia, there are a few ethnic minorities, such as Kalash and Nuristani, who look similar to the Northern European race, but are they of Phoenician ancestry?
Cobra: No. Kalash and Nuristani people and European people have the same origin. This original race was genetically engineered in the Atlantean period in the Gobi desert region. It was about 100,000 years ago. So they have the same origin.
Nogi: I see. That is why they look so similar.

Nogi: I heard that the Sarmoung Brotherhood, also in Afghanistan, has inherited esotericism like Sufism, but do they also inherit ancient Greek and Phoenician esotericism?
Cobra: The Sarmoung Brotherhood has its origins in the ancient zoroastrian teachings. Later, it merged with Sufism and some Pitagorian mystery schools, so they have merged with all that esoteric system.
Nogi: That is very interesting. Thank you.

Nogi: Could you tell us the connection between King Solomon, the Persian Green Dragons, and Agartha in detail?
Cobra: As much as I can say is that King Solomon was contacted by Persian Green Dragons. He was given instructions to create, I would say, the occult financial system. He was given the codes to create the backbone of the hidden financial system. He was also guided to meet the Queen of Sheba for that reason. The other reason was to create the grail bloodline at that point. He did not have direct connection with the Agarthans, but the Persian Green Dragons, which were connected with the Sarmoung Brotherhood, had access to Agartha.
Nogi: Wow, so deep and very interesting. Thank you very much.

Iruka: In the 1990s, a religious group called Aum Shinrikyo carried out numerous terrorist attacks in Japan. In particular, the incident in which sarin gas was released in the subway resulted in many casualties. Aum Shinrikyo does not seem to have been merely a new religious group. Was this group involved with negative dragon groups, for example?
Cobra: Yes, they were influenced by Black Dragons, or Black Ocean Society(Genyosha).

Iruka: There was a Japanese person from the 7th century called En no Ozunu or En no Gyoja. He is said to be the founder of Shugendo, a sect of asceticism that practices in the steep mountains. Do you know anything about this person? Is this person a member of the dragon family?
Cobra: En no Ozunu was one of the people who was cotacted by Agartha, or Blue Dragons in the 7th century. He was given instructions about Shugendo. He was a member of the dragon family, yes. He started the lineage of the secret teachings. If you look into this information, you will discover even more interesting facts. He is the key.

Iruka: I was very shocked in the last interview in Kyoto when I heard last time that the Japanese archipelago resonates with the continents of the world. I would like to know more about this story. Why does Japan resonate with the world? Also, if Mount Kailash in Tibet resonates with Mount Fuji, where is the place in Japan that resonates with Jerusalem?
Cobra: Kyoto (resonates with Jerusalem).
Iruka: When you say Japan resonates with the continents of the world, does it mean that activating Kyoto will have a positive impact on Israel?
Cobra: I will explain. In Atlantis, Japan was like a command board, which you could activate a point here to influence the whole planet.There were extraterrestrial civilizations who installed a very advanced technology underground which could influence the whole world from here.
Iruka: Wow, really?
Cobra: For that reason, you can heal Israel by healing Kyoto, which has a resonant connection with Israel.
Terry: If war breaks out in Israel, Kyoto will also be in danger.
Cobra: Of course. [laughter]

Terry: Yonaguni Island in Okinawa, where there are underwater ruins, is said to be Lemuria. Will it be the center point that activates the next era?
Cobra: No.
Iruka: I want to hear more about Yonaguni island, but we will move on the next question.

Iruka: I have heard that Japanese Shinto and Buddhism originated from Mithraism and Zoroastrianism in the Middle East, and that going back even further, the origin of these religions was the belief in winter constellations such as Orion, Sirius, Aldebaran, and the Pleiades. Do you know anything about this story?
Cobra: This is similar to a previous question. There are many conspiracy theories, but the main idea is that all the religions are originally founded by star races such as Pleiadians, Sirians, Orions. Then, they were distorted by the anomaly as time went by. And again, there was a connection between Mithraism and Zoroastrianism with the Islamic Green Dragons. The connections were made between the religions in Japan, as I said before. But, Japanese Shintoism genuinely originated in Japan, as Buddhism obviously came from the reincarnation of Gautama Buddha.This is how the situation is.

Iruka: Off the coast of Shimane Prefecture, where Izumo Taisha Shrine is located, there are a group of islands called “Oki”. These islands are so important that their real names are said to be hidden. Every small island in Japan has a name, but this large island is nameless. Do you know anything about this island?
Cobra: Oki island is a location of very ancient lineage. There is a very ancient lineage living there for thousands of thousands of years, and it was a spiritual lineage. It is one of the most powerful power spots in Japan. It is much different from the others because it is pure and pristine, going back to the Jomon times. And, there is a place where you can find black obsidian stones which bring very interesting energy to that area. This stone brings the energy of the portal beyond space and time to the main island.
Iruka: Wow, I am so thrilled to hear that!

Iruka: Was Liu Bang, the first emperor of the Han Dynasty, a member of the Dragon Family? It is said that a descendant of Liu Bang came to Japan at the end of the 8th century, but do you know anything about this?
Cobra: Liu Bang was a member of the dragon family, but he had so many descendants after all those centuries. In the 8th century, there were many descendents of Liu Bang. As there was quite a lot of exchange between China and Japan around the 6-8th centuries, some of them surely came to Japan.
Iruka: I see, thank you very much.
Nogi: From here, I will ask you several questions about India.

Nogi: Many locals report on the presence of Hidden Caves & Ageless Sages. Does Kamalsu peak have a connection with Agartha Network?
Cobra: Yes, of course.
Nogi: Alright, then do these leylines are the underground tunnels for Agarthans or forces of light operate?
Cobra: Yes, of course!

Nogi: During Portugal Time (1581) in India, A fort was built in Daman (Western Bharat, Gujarat state). The same tunnel cave is found in Odisha which has an endless city underneath. A Secret tunnel was found that leads nowhere. The kings or rulers were disappeared when British tried to capture the land. Are these tunnels represent Agartha network in ancient times?
Cobra: Yes, of course there are huge underground tunnels beneath the fort, and also under many other places. One part of these was built by Portuguese, but some of them were built by local rulers in India at that time. In 16th century, there were also older tunnels deeper underground, which had connections to Agartha.

Nogi: Can you explain about the importance of Kamalsu (18,953 ft), a mountain top in Bharat-China-Pakistan? This is the center/intersection of the dragon ley lines. Historically many wars happened & still under many escalantions between these 3 countries.
Cobra: This is a very powerful spot. Many nations on the surface have been fighting for this place because they wanted to control the whole region. This is the reason for all those wars among Pakistan, Indian, and China around that region.
Nogi: Right, the war is still ongoing.

Cobra: No.

Cobra: Actually, there is a technology underground the temple that influence the magnetic field.

Cobra: Yes, there are 16(2×8) secret chambers. I would say they are the conductivity shafts for the energy to be guided and anchored. This is why they have the same structures with the recently discovered structures beneath the pyramids. They have similar features.
Nogi: Are they real Ascension Chambers?
Cobra: No.

Nogi: Many Ancient Prophecies say that After Pole Shift, Undersea City of Dwarka will rise & will be flourished as before. It will be a divine Island. is it pointing towards Dwarka will be an Island of Light?
Cobra: This is a prophecy of the New Atlantis. Dwarka was related to the Old Atlantis. After the polar shift, the New Atlantis will be rebuild, so it is the prophecy about that.

Iruka: Please tell us the occult meaning of the Orion Sword or Great Orion Nebula located south of the three stars of Orion’s Belt.
Cobra: There is a huge plasma filament, connecting this solar system, the Sirius star system, and El•AN•RA, or the triple stars of the Orion belt. So, the Great Orion Nebula and the Orion Sword are both a part of this plasma filament. This filament is like a highway through which the energy flows and connects this solar system and the neighborhood around the Sirius star system towards the higher galactic evolution.

Cobra: The situation is that some members of the Black Nobilities were initiated into the mystery schools, and they have received some goddess mysteries, but they have failed the test. So, they have been rejected. For this reason, some of them worship the goddess but in a twisted way. They lack higher understandings of goddess mysteries.

Cobra: This question is related to some advanced teachings that the surface population is not ready at this point.

Cobra: I cannot answer this question.

Cobra: This is electric fire energy that activates kundalini. This is also the energy through which the ascension process happens. It is basically a merger between yourself and I AM Presence.

Cobra: They are very advanced beings. They actually created the human race. They brought life to the human race. From a very advanced perspective, they are the overseers of human evolution.
