“What is non-self, Anatta? It means impermanence. If things are impermanent, they don’t remain the same things forever. You of this moment are no longer you of a minute ago. There is no permanent entity within us, there is only a stream of being. There is always a lot of input and output. The input and the output happen in every second, and we should learn how to look at life as streams of being, and not as separate entities. This is a very profound teaching of the Buddha.
A Powerful Yet Simple Tool to Reduce Tension Anywhere until Compression Breakthrough
Calling All Lightworkers, Love Holders, Way Showers, Light Warriors etc.
It is very clear that we are in the midst of a very intensive time right now. Everything that you and I can do to decrease tension at this time is of vital importance. Probably the most important thing that any of us can do is to focus on maintaining calmness and harmonious relationships with everyone around us at this time. We continue with our Sunday Event meditation as always to help to ease the way forward to the moment of Compression Breakthrough. On Cobra’s last update he mentioned the following information that Dragon sources had provided about these end days.
TZ here; My God dear friends if this post does not help you to understand just how far the liberation process has come then I don’t know what kind of info you might need to be convinced!!? This is such an amazing great update from Cobra. We who have known about his work as the RM messenger these past four years will have felt / intuited much of the truth surrounding events at this time i.e. the madness now in Belgium and today again in Baghdad, showing clearly that ‘they’ are in panic mode. Also re the dangers of Turkey’s role, the movement of the cabal towards Antarctica ( recent B Fulford update ), we will already have intuited some or a lot of what C is telling us here today.
The teachings of many of history’s religious and philosophical figures are timeless, but are often mistakenly taken at face value. It’s easy to slap a quote on an image or a t-shirt and pass it around, but it takes deliberate thought to actually internalize the true meaning behind the words, and often these quick philosophical ‘bytes’ are passed over too quickly for this to happen.
It’s easy for us in this day and age to be “spiritual” by identity and pass it off well without ever truly living spiritually — without recognizing and benefitting from what we can learn from having a spiritual relationship with ourselves and this world. Because of that, it’s common to come across a great deal of logical spiritualists and fake ‘new-agey’ type personalities that don’t truly live the core of what these great teachers have shared.
When we look at the weird and wacky world of quantum physics, it can be hard to make sense of some of the things scientists have bee observing over the years
“We choose to examine a phenomenon which is impossible, absolutely impossible, to explain in any classical way, and which has in it the heart of quantum mechanics. In reality, it contains the only mystery.” Richard Feynman, a Nobel laureate of the twentieth century (Radin, Dean. Entangled Minds: Extrasensory Experiences In A Quantum Reality. New York, Paraview Pocket Books, 2006)
In south and Central America, the native people within many tribes living in the Amazon rainforest have a long historical tradition of making and consuming a natural medicine/tea called Ayahuasca. It is harvested and prepared mainly from a wild growing vine, it’s Latin name being Banisteriopsis Caapi. Often, but not always, leaves from trees named Chacruna or Chaliponga (Psychotria Viridis and Diplopterys Cabrerana) are added to the tea, or in some regions Jurema tree bark (of the Leguminosae family and Mimosa species).
Do we have to feel sick? Do we have to feel cold? Or do humans have the potential and ability to influence our immune system with the power of the mind? The immune system of a human being is a system of many biological structures and processes within us that protects us against disease. Among other functions it is what regulates how our internal organs work. In theory, it operates unconsciously without any sort of input from our consciousness.

My first Ayahuasca experience occurred in the spring of 2013 somewhere in the Brazilian Rainforest. Little did I know at that time how my life would be changed forever — as if I had taken the red pill option from the movie The Matrix, choosing to see rather than hide from reality. The veil had been lifted, and I started seeing the entire world in a new light. It has been almost 3 years since that first day (and many other Ayahuasca experiences in between), and I have finally got around to putting some thoughts out here into cyberspace.
It’s fascinating to consider just how many ancient teachings tell us that humans have the capacity to gain extraordinary powers through various techniques. Some of these techniques, known as siddhis in the yoga tradition (from the Sanskrit, meaning “perfection”), include meditation, static dancing, drumming, praying, fasting, psychedelics, and more.
In Buddhism, for example, the existence of advanced powers is readily acknowledged; in fact, Buddha expected his disciples to be able to attain these abilities, but also to not become distracted by them.

There are two parts to this Peace Action – to have millions of people join us on March 21st for the “Levitate the US Meditation,” and to encourage a grassroots movement of people attending upcoming Donald Trump (and other Presidential candidates) rallys wearing the T-shirt (see picture below) “Meditating For Peace.” Can you imagine what would happen if the cameras focused on a group of people at every rally wearing these shirts and meditating during the events?
